President Ramchandra Paudel has issued four different ordinances on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers. The meeting of the Council of Ministers recommended five ordinances to the President, four ordinances were issued.
According to Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, spokesperson of the President's Office, four ordinances were issued on Monday. In which 'Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts on Promotion of Good Governance and Public Service Delivery, 2081', Economic Procedures and Financial Responsibility (First Amendment), Ordinance 2081', Privatization (First Amendment), Ordinance 2081' and Economic and Business Environment Improvement and Investment Enhancement Ordinance 2081 has been issued to amend some Nepal Acts.
The president has not issued the ordinance to amend some of Nepal's laws related to land . As the said ordinance is under study, it is said that only four have been issued .
