Rashtriya Prajatantra Party President Rajendra Lingden has invited Maoist Center President Pushpa Kamal Dahal and United Socialist President Madhav Kumar Nepal to the Prithvi Jayanti.

Dahal and Nepal were having an informal discussion at the Singhdabar office of the Maoist parliamentary party. "They were sitting there, I went there and invited both leaders to participate in Prithvi Jayanti and National Unity Day at the same time," he said.

He said informally that it was a general political review. "We are also in the opposition, they are in the opposition," he said, "It is natural to have a normal political conversation."
