Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has expressed his suspicion that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli may want to stay in the government till 087 after dissolving the Parliament. Nepal said this while speaking to the media while leaving the meeting with CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal at Singh Darbar.
President Nepal said that he had heard that the current Prime Minister had withdrawn from the amendment of the constitution and said that the constitution should be amended where there is an obstacle to the people's facilities. It is said that the Prime Minister of the current government has withdrawn from the matter of constitutional amendment. I don't know how true it is. He may wish to stay till 2087. Now let's see. People raise questions about whether they will stay without elections until 087. "I don't know if the person who dissolved the parliament thought that he would stay for the next six years by dissolving the parliament," he said.
Prime Minister Oli had said that the constitution will be amended only in 2087 while concluding the party central committee on Tuesday. Congress General Minister Bishwaprakash Sharma and others have also objected to Prime Minister Oli's statement.
President Nepal said that in the meeting with President Dahal, there was a discussion about reactivating the Samajwadi Morcha. 'The focus was on how to reawaken the socialist front and make it active again. For this, we consult with the 4 constituents of Samajwadi Front on January 2, CPN (Unified Socialist), Maoists, Biplav's Party and Mahindra Rai Yadavji's Nepal Samajwadi Party. We will make the Samajwadi Morcha active,' he said.
