Nepali Ambassador to Korea Tumbahangfe handed over the certificate of appointment

Ambassador of Nepal Shivamaya Tumbahangfe has presented the certificate of her status to the Acting President of South Korea, Choi Sang Mok. She has presented her certificate of rank at a ceremony held in Seoul on Tuesday.

 

After submitting the certificate, Ambassador Tumbahangfe had a courtesy meeting with Acting President Choi, the Nepali Embassy in Seoul informed today. On that occasion, Ambassador Tumbahangfe told Nepal  And in order to further strengthen bilateral relations in the context of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Koreas  Stating that high-level exchange visits will be important, she expressed her belief that the embassy will have an opportunity to facilitate such visits by May.

Ambassador Tumbahamfe expressed her commitment to strengthen the relationship between the two countries during her tenure and said that more than one lakh Nepali workers in the Republic of Korea have contributed to the economy of Korea in addition to promoting people-to-people relations between the two countries.

Acting President welcomed Ambassador Tumbahangfe as Nepal's ambassador to the Republic of Korea and said that he would provide all possible assistance in promoting Nepal-Korea relations. He also wished Ambassador Tumbahangfe a successful tenure.
