The examination of Tribhuvan University was also affected for a while due to the earthquake that hit the center of Dingri County in Tibet on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning from 7 am to 10 am BBS 1st year account subject exam is going on.

Before the exam started, at 6:50 Nepali time, the students came out of the exam hall when they felt the shock of the earthquake. According to Pushparaj Joshi, Controller of Examinations of TRI, many students came out when the earthquake struck while they were going to the examination center to see their seat planning.

Therefore, in many districts of Kathmandu and Terai, it was reported that the exam was 7 to 15 minutes late than the scheduled time, said Joshi, Controller of Examinations. Joshi also said that the time will be extended accordingly in the centers that started late.

In the same way, the registrar Kedar Rizal said that he has instructed the Controller of Examinations Joshi to give authority to the center which started the examination late to decide on extension of time.
