President of Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal Upendra Yadav has said that the people have not been able to realize the essence of federalism.

Janata Samajwadi West  Ramgram's   Yadav said this while addressing a meeting organized in Hakui. 

By changing the government only, the country will not get development and exit according to the will of the people  He said that federalism has not been implemented.  He claimed that despite the establishment of provinces, the people still did not get to feel federalism due to limited rights.
