Deputy General Secretary of CPN (Maoist Center) Janardan Sharma has said that the third reorganization of the communist movement in Nepal is necessary. Sharma also said that there is a tendency to take the debate within the Communist Party as negative thinking.

In a program held in Kathmandu on the occasion of Mao Day on Thursday, Deputy Secretary General Sharma said that unity could not be maintained in the Communist Party due to the problems of leadership, weakness and power selfishness and strife in the leadership.

In Nepal, the Communist Party is still divided due to factions and splits. He said that the action direction of the socialist revolution should be decided against the society, economy and politics dominated by the broker capitalist class through reorganization.

'The third reorganization of the communist movement in Nepal is necessary . The reorganization which was intended to be done in 2064, but with the aim of unifying the entire left power in 2064, the process of electoral coordination and unification in 2065 has started. The communist unity at that time was not politically bad. It could not be successful because of the problems of the leadership of uniting the Communist Party, weakness, wrong leadership and power interests in the leadership," Sharma said. There is a need to move forward with reorganization while deciding the course of action of the revolution.'

Sharma said that the time has come to unite the communists living in different camps. He said that the question before the communist parties is whether the current government will remain for self-interest or will move forward by solving the problems of people's livelihood.

'Communists must lead production and create a self-sustaining economy . The tendency to take the debate within the party as a negative thinking is getting worse. "The dimensions of communist deviation have been seen when the communist leaders are focused on wealth acquisition and comfort rather than understanding the suffering of the people," he said.
