On Thursday, the police released three people who were arrested for gang-raping a 22-year-old woman of Jahda Rural Municipality 3 on Tuesday. The Morang police said that they have extended the deadline in three cases against the three accused and started the investigation.
The woman, who went to defecate on Tuesday morning, was rescued in the afternoon after she was found in a nearby bamboo grove with her face mask pulled and her hands and feet tied and in an unconscious state.
