According to the provisions of the law, the convention should be held within 082 February. However, due to the additional provision of the statute to extend one year, the previous congresses have never been held on time . Koirala, who started the campaign for the 15th convention unannounced by calling a meeting of the municipal chairpersons of Koshi in his hometown Biratnagar on November 18, has continued to run the district continuously. Koirala, who returned on Sunday from a three-day trip to the Far West via Chitwan, Rajviraj, Udaipur, says that his stay will now be more outside of Kathmandu.
