Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh has said that he will discuss the constitutional amendment with all political parties. Deputy Prime Minister Singh while talking to mediapersons in a program organized in Rupandehi on Wednesday said that Congress and UML are working internally for constitutional amendment.

"The process of constitutional amendment will proceed only after discussion with all the parties," he said. It is also said that the mechanism formed between the two parties is discussing the constitutional amendment and is ready to add experts to it.

Deputy Prime Minister Singh has also inaugurated the foundation stone of Siyari Tourism Corridor in Rupandehi and the Dayanagar Demon Lift Irrigation Scheme. Tourism Corridor and Lift Irrigation Project will improve the economic condition of the citizens of Siyari Rural Municipality  He made the change  have expressed confidence. 

Lift Irrigation Project will provide irrigation facility in 105 hectares area . Thaneshwar Ghimire, chairman of Siyari rural municipality, said that the municipality is working according to the wishes of the farmers.
