Public Accounts Committee Chairman Rishikesh Pokharel has said that he is ready to answer all the questions raised on him. In the name of Anjala Koirala, Pokharel's wife, an arrest warrant has been issued by the Morang District Court for cooperative fraud. A question was raised in Monday's meeting of the Public Accounts Committee regarding that matter.
While answering the questions raised by the MPs, Chairman Pokharel said that he is ready to deal with everything legally. "Some issues have been raised here personally in this meeting." I am ready to participate in all exams,' he said, 'I am a person who believes in Nepal's laws and constitution.'
MPs said that they have no answer to the issues raised and are thankful for the issues that have been raised. Chairman Pokharel also claimed that the questions raised publicly about the work of the
committee were not correct. He said, 'It was said that the work of the Public Accounts Committee was done on the anonymous complaint, but the original work of the committee was overshadowed. 112 meetings have been held. The original work is done. Those topics should be taken care of.'
Public Accounts Committee meeting was held after 4 months . Earlier, the Public Accounts Committee meeting was held on August 9 . In Monday's meeting of the
committee, the chairman was also demanded to resign from the post.
