Poorna Bahadur Puri, father of Shiv Puri, Deputy Editor of Kantipur Dainik, passed away at the age of 87.

Puri, who was suffering from stroke for a long time, passed away at 10 o'clock on Sunday night while undergoing treatment at home. His last rites were performed on Monday morning at Shri Krishna Pranami religious forest located in Chandrapur-5.

Puri was born in 1994 in Chandrapur Municipality-4 Chandrapur of Rautahat and has a wife, 2 sons and 2 daughters.
