Water Supply Minister Pradeep Yadav has said that the Ministry of Water Supply will be responsible for solving the problems of integrated water supply management that is going to be implemented in Banepa, Panauti and Dhulikhel of Kavre.

Minister Yadav said this in the midst of confusion about how to rebuild and manage the integrated water supply project which was damaged by the flood/landslide in the second week of October.

He said this while addressing the workshop seminar on disaster risk reduction and disaster management learning and future action plan organized by District Disaster Management Committee Kavre . He also stated that they are committed to timely completion of the water supply projects that have been damaged by the disaster and said that the procedure is being prepared.   In the

program, Minister Yadav said that the impact of climate change on drinking water, 'The mountains have turned into stone, due to this, the water sources are also drying up, and there is a shortage of water in the Terai.' , disaster risk reduction and disaster management on various topics including how to improve learning, reconstruction, and restoration, learning and future action planning workshops were organized in the district disaster management. Committee Coordinator and Chief District Officer Umesh Kumar Dhakal said. In the conference which will be conducted for three days from Wednesday, the representatives of 13 local levels of the district will present a working paper about the plan prepared by the municipality for disaster response, challenges, and reconstruction.
