Power is not by crowd, but by law: Home Minister Author

Home Minister Ramesh Akhtar has said that the rule will be governed by the law and not by the crowd. He also said that it is the responsibility of the security agencies to control such crowds.

 The home minister said that cybercrime has increased in recent times, mobs are trying to control power, and gave instructions to control this too. He said that economic and financial crimes have increased in recent times, cases of fraud have increased, people involved in misappropriation of funds have started organizing and efforts are being made to cover it up. "Power is governed by the law, not by the crowd," he said. That must be controlled,' he said, 'the protection of elements that corrupt the society is not acceptable under any circumstances.' 

For the protection of the constitution and the strengthening of democracy, peace and security must be strengthened, he said that such conferences are also important for that. He said that peace and security is a prerequisite for democracy as fundamental rights are lost as soon as peace and security is disrupted. He asked to pay attention to this as peace and security is the main issue for the correct implementation of the constitution.

 The Home Minister said that peace and security is a necessary condition for peace, good governance, development and prosperity. He also instructed the security agencies to stop smuggling and revenue leakage in the border area. Addressing the state-level security conference which started in Bhairahawa from Tuesday under the joint project of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Lumbini Province, he directed to stop the crime, smuggling and revenue leakage happening at the border. He said that even now the increase in revenue leakage and smuggling in the border area is coming to the information ministry. "There are reports of cross-border crime, smuggling and revenue leakage," he said, "don't listen to such complaints after the end of today's security conference." He said that the government will start the process of transferring officers and heads of security agencies. 

  The Home Minister author made it clear that the rumors of changes in the government and ministers are just comments and rumors produced by factories that want instability. Stating that Congress has become the equation of UML for the defense of the constitution and the strengthening of democracy, the Home Minister said that the equation will be reached by 2084. Lumbini province is the birth place of Gautam Budva, so peace and security should be made completely safe, he said. He said that the conference was held in Lumbini through various provinces.
