Nepali Ambassador to China Krishna Prasad Oli has submitted the certificate of rank to Chinese President Xi Jinping. Ambassador Oli presented the certificate of rank during a ceremony held at the Great Hall of People in Beijing on Thursday.
Along with Ambassador Oli, the ambassadors of 29 different countries also submitted their certificates of status to Chinese President Xi, according to the Nepali Embassy in Beijing. The ceremony was attended by high-ranking Chinese officials including Wang Yi, member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China . At the
ceremony, Chinese President Xi wished the ambassadors good luck and a successful tenure. Oli was appointed ambassador to China by President Ramchandra Paudel on October 25.
