Deputy Prime Minister and Urban Development Minister Prakashman Singh has said that the government's priority is economic prosperity on the foundation of political stability. In a program organized by the Congress at Damak in Jhapa on Sunday, Singh said that the foundation of political stability has been laid for economic prosperity in the country.
Deputy Prime Minister Singh said that the government has emphasized on economic prosperity to protect the achievements gained from political change. He also said that the large structures built by people's taxes will deteriorate if they are not used for a long time.
Deputy Prime Minister Singh expressed his belief that the government is giving special attention to the operation of specific structures including Dharahara, Business Complex in Damak and Assembly Hall in Butwal.
Similarly, Deputy Prime Minister Singh said that the current problem of Nepali Congress is party management and emphasized that the party should be united. He said that the Congress party should move to the right place in order to protect the achievements gained from repeated agitations.
