A team led by UML Politburo member Khimlal Bhattarai is going to China on Thursday during a disaster study tour. UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel bid farewell to the team, which included engineers, at the party office on Thursday.
They will study and observe in Jining, the capital of Qinghai Province. Bhattarai, the coordinator of the team who also met in Chhendu of Sichuan province, informed.
