Chief Minister of Karnali Province Yamlal Kandel has said that political parties, associations, state and local governments should move according to the constitution rather than their own interests.
Speaking on the second day of Kantipur Conclave-2024 on Thursday in the session on 'Chief Minister's Main Issues', he said that political parties should be in favor of the people, development, construction and the constitution. He clarified that all the three levels of government should move together and now is not the time to look for an alternative to the provincial government.
'The constitution envisages a three-tier government . All three levels of the government should provide services to the people," said Chief Minister Kandel. According to the provisions of the constitution, all three levels of government should be able to exercise their rights. "If the federal government makes the law that should be made, the state government will take a leap quickly," he said.
