The Rupandehi District Court on Thursday allowed the arrest of Gorkha Media Network Pvt. Ltd.'s then Managing Director Ravi Lamichhane, President Gitendrababu (GB) Rai, and Vice-Chancellor Chabilal Banjade Joshi, who were in police custody in Pokhara in connection with the cooperative fraud investigation.
Sources claim that the court has allowed the arrest of Rai, Joshi and Lamichhane along with 12 others.
