Forest and Environment Minister Ain Bahadur Shahi Thakuri has said that the Karnali Declaration on Climate Justice will be taken up in the upcoming COP 29 conference.

He said that Nepal's participation in COP 29, the international conference for justice to Nepal suffering from climate change, will be important.

On Wednesday, in the training session on how to present the participants in the COP Conference organized by the Climate Change Management Division in Chandragiri, Minister Shahi said that the conference on climate change will be an important platform and that Nepal should present itself with adequate preparation .

According to Minister Shahi, the issue of climate finance, which will be discussed at the COP conference this time, is of special importance for Nepal.
