Only if the state becomes strong in democracy, the people can use their rights,' said Pokharel.
Pokharel said that UML needs a modern building for the construction of modern Nepal and business couple Meen Bahadur Gurung and Savitri Gurung have decided to complete it. Gurung, the owner of UML Central Office Bhatbhateni, is going to build 10 plantations for 14 annas. The said land and building were donated by Gurung to UML.
