The Judicial Council has recommended the names of Nripadhwaj Niraula and Nityananda Pandey as judges of the Supreme Court. The council's meeting on Friday decided to recommend them. Niraula was the Chief Justice of the Patan High Court and Pandey was the Chief Justice of the Tulsipur High Court.
Council meeting It has been decided to appoint senior judge Prakashmansingh Raut to deal with the implementation of the recommendations mentioned in the report of the working group formed regarding the implementation of the Judicial Council (First Amendment) Rules 2080. 
Similarly, the council meeting has transferred 14 high-ranking judges .
