A case has been filed in the Kathmandu District Court against three people who produced, published and broadcast fake content on 'Sidhakura.com' under the name 'Dark File', defaming Supreme Court judges, lawyers, media entrepreneurs and journalists.

A case has been filed against them on the list of fugitives. The District Public Prosecutor's Office said that the publisher of Sidhakura, Yuvraj Kandel,  A case was filed on Thursday against executive editor Naveen Dhungana and Rajkumar Timilsina, who is said to be the audio producer. A fine of up to 1 lakh rupees, imprisonment up to 5 years or both has been demanded for the defendant. 

district government  Sandesh Shrestha, chief associate attorney of the Vakil Office, Kathmandu, said that the electronic  Business Act 2063 and Civil Crime Code 2074  According to section 168, a case has been filed in the court with a demand for punishment and compensation for the crime of insulting behavior .

The public prosecutor's office has instructed the police to conduct further investigation against the defendant even in the crime of not creating false evidence.
