Labor, Employment and Social Security Minister Dol Prasad Aryal has said that he will not sit idly by and watch the citizens who have been cheated in foreign employment.
At the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, Minister Aryal also said that the government is working in favor of the citizens going for foreign employment. He also said that free visas and free tickets have created a dire situation. He said that only 4 percent of free visas and free tickets were implemented, and the remaining 96 percent of citizens were cheated when they went for foreign employment.
The theme of 'free visa, free ticket' has created a dire situation. About 1 trillion 3 billion rupees goes to the market every year without entering the banking channel. Which is seen to have been cheated by the citizens. That's why it has to be put to an end, it has to be done," Minister Aryal said. "Even now, we have received data that only 4 percent of free tickets and free visas have been implemented. That is why I have looked at it sensitively. 96 percent of citizens who have gone abroad, I can't sit and watch the issue of being cheated on them.'
Minister Aryal informed that he is working to solve the problem caused by free visa, free tick. We are trying our best to do business through the banking channel. After that, I understand that citizens will avoid being cheated more," he said.
Aryal said that Nepali citizens are being cheated by saying that about 1 trillion 3 billion rupees are being transacted outside the banking channel every year.
