Upendra Yadav has warned to go to court saying that while he was abroad, the Janata Samajwadi Party, led by him, broke away from Nepal and formed a new party, the Janata Samajwadi Party, and that is against the constitution and the law. Ashok Rai, president of the new party Jaspa, replied that the door of the court is open for everyone.

After the formation of the new party, Rai held a press conference in Kathmandu on Thursday and said that the party was formed in accordance with the constitution and laws. Rai said that the party had to be split after Yadav singled out the party and started to ignore the leaders and throw them out of the party's responsibilities.

In response to a question about Yadav's announcement that he would go to court against the registration of a new party, Rai said, 'The door of the court is open for everyone. There was no attempt to register our party irregularly, unconstitutionally, illegally. The Election Commission has also conducted debates of lawyers and jurists. They can go, the door of the court is open to all . It is not the case that a party registered in accordance with the constitution will be otherwise.'

Party General Secretary Mohammad Istiyaq Rai said that Yadav's rejection of the decisions made by the party committee caused problems and led to party division. He said that the current situation has come when Yadav has not accepted the coexistence of other officials and there are theoretical and organizational problems.

Rai said that they had to revolt after Yadav tried to transform Jaspa, Nepal into a regional party in a country with a federal structure. Rai said that there was a problem in the party because of the work.
