Technology company Xiaomi has launched official service centers in Dharanline, Itahari and Lions Chowk, Narayangadh.
The company has set up these service centers with the aim of providing additional services and facilities to Xiaomi users, the company said in a statement.
The company said that the new service center will provide repair, service and technical support for Xiaomi smartphones, wearables (such as smartwatches and fitness bands), hearables (earphones/headphones), and IoT devices.
The service center will provide genuine spare parts of Xiaomi and ensure quality and reliable service to customers, the statement said.
The service center will be operated by Teledirect Pvt. Ltd. Teledirect is a company under Ramesh Corp, which has been providing official service for the Xiaomi brand and reliable service to customers across Nepal.
