NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal has completed 50 years of its establishment. On this occasion, NADA has celebrated its golden jubilee. To make the golden jubilee memorable, a talkathon program was organized on Saturday with the participation of distinguished personalities from various fields, office bearers and members of the NADA Central Working Committee, former presidents of NADA, all member companies of NADA and media persons from Dashrath Stadium Tripureshwor to Hotel Yak and Yeti Durbarmarg.
The golden jubilee of NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal was inaugurated under the chief guestship of Anjan Shrestha, President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry. NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal, established in Kathmandu district by the late Tolaram Dugad in 2032 BS, has organized a historic golden jubilee celebration with various programs on the auspicious occasion of its 50th year.
On the occasion of the celebration, NADA has specially honored its former president. The Golden Jubilee celebrations will be held from 13th Asad to 19th Asar with various programs throughout the week in the capital and all seven provinces, said NADA President Surendra Kumar Upreti. In the past 50 years, NADA has held 23 conventions. So far, 21 presidents have led NADA.
During this period, NADA has also published the 36th edition of NADA Automobile Trade Directory and the 51st edition of NADA Auto News as its annual publications. NADA is in the process of organizing the 18th edition of NADA Auto Show in the upcoming Bhadra. NADA has been honored with the Best Productive Association award by the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry several times among the product associations affiliated to the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
