Kathmandu Marriott Hotel is now offering a true taste of Thai cuisine in the capital, Kathmandu.

For this, the hotel has organized a special food festival called Flavors of Thailand.

The event, which started at the Edamame restaurant, will be held every day from June 15 to 25 from 1 pm, according to Marriott. The main attraction of this festival is the famous chef of Marriott North Pattaya, Nattawood Ruengsamut, known as Chef One.

With over 19 years of experience in Thai, Cantonese, Italian, French, Japanese and modern Asian fusion cuisine, Chef One is providing guests with quality and authentic  tastes through his creativity and excellent culinary skills, according to a statement issued by Marriott.

The menu presented at the festival covers the familiar and popular flavors of Thai cuisine. Guests can experience a variety of flavors, from seafood starters to rich curries and fragrant rice dishes.

“Special dishes such as pla salmon, lobster, tom yum and pad kra pao are prepared using fresh herbs and spices, which bring the original taste of Thai cuisine to life,” the statement said.
