Madhav Prasad Ghimire has been elected as the president of the High Court Bar Association, Butwal. Ghimire was elected with 77 votes. His opponent, Sharmalal Panthi, received 44 votes.

Similarly, Om Prasad Pangeni won the post of vice-president with 66 votes. His opponent, Kamalraj Basyal, received 54 votes. Lok Prasad Kharel was elected as the secretary, Meena Mahat GC as the treasurer, and Nisha Kumari Kharel was elected as the joint secretary unopposed. Baburam Neupane, Munni Neupane, Chaturbhuj Pantha, Damodar Ghimire, Ram Prasad Bhusal, Manoj Shrestha, Sanjita Poudel, and Krishna Roka were elected as members.

Similarly, councilors Tukraj Pandey, Sirjana Thapa, Yamuna Gurung, Vidya Ghimire, Bishnu Prasad Bhattarai, Prakash Kumar Nepal, Jeev Narayan Adhikari and Uddhav Chandra Gautam were elected unopposed.
