Nepal's leading liquor production and distribution companies, Jawalakhel Group of Industries and Himalayan Distillery, have collaborated with IMS Software to make their distribution operations more digital and systematic.
IMS Software will develop a state-of-the-art Distribution Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) for both companies. The agreement was signed by Himalayan Distillery's Head Niraj Subedi, Jawalakhel's Financial Manager Nimish Sharma and IMS Software's Managing Director Santosh Tamrakar.
The DMS system will facilitate real-time stock tracking, automated billing, warehouse management, sales monitoring, scheme management and detailed reporting. The mobile-based SFA system will enable field teams to access features such as live order booking, route planning, outlet tracking and real-time data updates, the statement said.
