The bank has drawn attention to the news published and circulated in some media outlets and social media outlets stating that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited (NIMBL) Jyoti Prakash Pandey has resigned.

The bank stated in a statement issued on Monday that the news is misleading, baseless and factual. “It is hereby informed that the Chief Executive Officer of the bank is active in his responsibilities and is actively involved in the performance and management of the bank,” the statement said.

The bank has also requested stakeholders to verify and disseminate any information or news related to the bank only after verifying it from official sources.
