Kathmandu Marriott Hotel has provided a fully equipped science laboratory and lunch boxes for students to a government school in Kathmandu.
The assistance was targeted at the students of Kamal Basic School in Kamalpokhari, the hotel said in a statement.

The availability of the science laboratory is an important step towards enhancing the educational quality of students, the statement said.
The laboratory with the necessary science materials will give students the opportunity to go beyond the knowledge limited to textbooks and participate in experimental learning, the statement said.
Lunch boxes were also distributed keeping in mind the overall welfare of the students.
