Industrial and commercial house Golchha Group has provided financial support of Rs 50 million to Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KICH). Golchha Group provided financial support during a program on Wednesday with the aim of supporting the management of easy treatment and effective health services for children.
The agreement for financial support was signed between Golchha Group Chairman Shekhar Golchha and KICH founding chairman Bhagwan Koirala under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
I am proud to be associated with this campaign to build children's hospitals in all seven provinces. Golchha said that collaboration with KICH has also started from today as part of our foundation's social responsibility. 'We are happy and this collaboration will continue in the future, and we are confident that easy treatment and quality health services for children will be more effective through the children's hospital,' he said.
Thousands of children will receive quality health services through this cooperation and it will also greatly help in the construction of children's hospitals in all seven provinces, said Koirala, the founding chairman of KIOC.
Under the master plan to build children's hospitals in all seven provinces, hospitals are currently operating in Damak in Koshi Province and Kathmandu in Bagmati Province. KIOC was established with the aim of providing high-quality health services to children across the country.
The Golchha Group, which provides employment to more than twenty thousand citizens across the country, is also taking the lead in various social responsibility activities.
