A team led by Yi Yong, Chairman of Shenzhen Komen Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. (Komen), has visited Nepal. The visit was led by the company's chairman with the aim of supporting the rapidly developing health sector in Nepal.

WRG Medtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. appointed as Komen's Nepal distributor
In this context, Komen has appointed WRG Medtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. of Nepal as the official national distributor (super distributor) and partner. This further strengthens the strategic partnership with the aim of expanding access to advanced medical technology across the country.
WRG Medtech will coordinate with the existing sub-distributors and channel partners to manage market development, distribution strategy, technical support and after-sales service. This move is expected to significantly improve service efficiency across the country by streamlining the operational process.
During the visit, the Komen delegation visited various hospitals in Kathmandu. Where they directly interacted with the hospital management, doctors and clinical experts. During the event, advanced equipment related to patient monitoring, ICU solutions, critical care and neonatal care were presented, which received positive interest from healthcare professionals.
Chairman Yi said that Komen’s commitment to Nepal is not limited to just supplying equipment, but also to developing long-term clinical partnerships through education, training and technical cooperation. At the event, he mentioned that the partnership with WRG Medtech as a super distributor will lay a strategic foundation for long-term growth and innovation.
WRG Medtech representatives said that they plan to closely collaborate with healthcare providers by coordinating with sub-distributors to build a reliable service network across the country. This will ensure smooth supply and maintenance of equipment.
