Siddhartha Bank Limited has organized various programs with the aim of increasing financial literacy across the country on the occasion of 'Global Money Week 2026'.

 

As part of the week-long campaign celebrated from March 16 to 22, the bank has conducted student-targeted programs at 38 locations in schools and campuses across all seven provinces. 2,171 students participated in these programs.

 

According to the bank, the programs provided information about its services, digital transactions, and precautions related to them. The programs were conducted with the aim of improving financial knowledge, skills, and behavior among students.

 

Similarly, a tour program was also organized at various branches to provide practical knowledge about the banking system to 478 students. The bank has stated that a total of 2,649 students were provided financial education through 51 programs.

 

The bank says that such programs were launched with the aim of making citizens financially capable by expanding access to financial services. Informative content was also published on social media throughout the week.
