Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has been introduced to make the process of selecting candidates for employment smart and effective. With the partnership between Fusion Machines, a Nepali-based company listed on the US Stock Exchange ‘Nasdaq’, and ‘Talent Connects’, an employee recruitment company, the use of AI technology called ‘Interview Agent’ is being launched.
The press release states that the AI agent will help in asking appropriate questions, evaluating answers, and evaluating performance during interviews. It is expected that this will enable company managers to select candidates in a systematic and factual manner. Talent Connects had also recently received investment from ‘Shark Tank Nepal’. It is believed that this collaboration will take the practical use of AI technology to new heights in Nepal and accelerate digital transformation.
Talent Connects has been providing cloud-based 'Applicant Tracking System' (ATS) and talent management platform services . It is claimed that this platform will help various organizations to screen, schedule interviews and manage the employee recruitment process before hiring employees . The company has partnered with more than 300 businesses around the world, the statement said. Its offices are in Lalitpur and Wyoming, USA .
According to Sameer Maskey, CEO of Fusion Machines, this collaboration will expand the use of modern AI technology in the employee recruitment process of organizations . Divas Thapa, Managing Director of Talent Connects, also expressed confidence that the new technology will make the employee selection process faster and smarter .
