Ncell has reopened its Ncell Center in Pokhara. The center located in Sirjana Chowk, Pokhara was closed due to vandalism during the Gen-G movement.
The center was inaugurated during a program on Thursday. Ncell Customer Service Manager Jyoti Dahal and Pokhara Noodles HR Officer Yama Prasad Gautam inaugurated the Ncell Center. After the center was closed due to damage, the company had been temporarily providing customer service from an office on the first floor.
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused to customers when the Pokhara Center was closed. We are happy to be able to bring the Ncell Center back into operation in Pokhara to provide a high-quality service experience to customers and continue to provide services,” Dahal said. The company said that the center was brought back into operation with the aim of providing its customers with a world-class service experience by providing various services from one place. Dahal said that customers can get all customer services from this center.
