The four-day program is designed for students in grades 11 and 12. Students participating in the program will receive practical and interactive learning on design thinking, civic awareness, public policy process, bill-to-bill law-making process, inclusivity, and social responsibility. The
program is organized by a youth leadership team consisting of Manzil Basnet, Kriti Karki, Abbal Dhakal, Sameep Shrestha, Shailesh Acharya, and Supriya Adhikari in collaboration and coordination with Bardibas Municipality. The program is being conducted in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Bardibas and Youth for Change Bardibas. According to the
organizers, the collaboration with Bardibas Municipality has played a significant role in directly connecting the program to local needs, policy processes, and youth participation. This collaboration will provide youth with an opportunity to understand local governance structures, participate in policy dialogue, and lead positive change in the community. Students participating in the
program are expected to initiate civic initiatives in their schools and communities, play leadership roles, and contribute to solving social problems with an inclusive mindset.
