Lakshmi Sunrise Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Adyanta Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and the American Chamber of Commerce in Nepal (MCham Nepal) to strengthen the scope of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) innovation in Nepal under the Digital December 2025 campaign.

This edition aims to transform high-value and high-volume business transactions from cash and checks to secure digital channels, connect and integrate banking services into entrepreneurs' operating systems through APIs and host-to-host connectivity, and establish digital platforms as the primary means of business payments.
Under the agreement, the bank said that the bank will expand innovation through the bank's enterprise digitalization initiative and prepare early-stage innovators, startups and entrepreneurs for access to capital, coupled with real banking infrastructure and subject-matter expertise.
