Ncell Foundation has announced that it will distribute 2,428 educational materials to students studying in various government and community schools across the country, as per its commitment made during the second edition of the Nepal Premier League (NPL).
Continuing its social initiative of distributing four educational materials for every four-ball, Ncell had also pledged to provide four educational materials for every four-ball hit in the second edition of the NPL. Ncell said that this initiative, which was launched last year, has been connecting the excitement of cricket with meaningful educational support.
Ncell says that the four-balls hit on the field have been helping students in their studies.
‘A total of 607 fours were hit by 99 players during this year’s NPL,’ said a statement issued by Ncell, ‘based on which the distribution of 2,428 educational materials has been ensured.’
