Telnet, a subsidiary of Ramesh Corp Group, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) company Salesforce have entered into a collaboration. The collaboration is expected to further accelerate the digital transformation of Nepali industries and businesses.

As per the partnership, Telenet will remain Salesforce's local implementation and support partner in Nepal. With this, Nepali businesses will be able to use the key tools of the Salesforce platform and will receive consulting, training and technical support at the local level.

According to Telenet, the collaboration will modernize traditional business practices and expand access to world-class digital solutions. The company has stated that Salesforce solutions will be easy to use in areas such as sales, customer service, collaboration and data analytics.

Salesforce spokesperson Pravar Gautam said that he was excited to expand the company's presence in Nepal through the collaboration with Telenet. 'In the era of agentic AI, Nepali businesses are moving towards digital transformation. We are committed to supporting them in excellent customer experience, high productivity and sustainable growth,' he said.

Telnet CEO Nawakur Sood mentioned that the lack of access to world-class digital tools has been a challenge for Nepali businesses. 'Now that situation is changing. "Telenet will support business growth by providing services ranging from AI-based analytics to seamless collaboration through local expertise, training and customized solutions," he said.

According to the companies, in the initial phase, consulting, training and rapid implementation services will be provided targeting banking, telecommunications, services and other key economic sectors, with the aim of achieving measurable business results.
