Lakshmi Sunrise Bank has launched the seventh edition of its annual campaign to promote digital banking, 'Digital December 2025'. The bank said that this year's campaign focuses on enterprise digital transformation nationwide with the slogan 'Enterprise Empowerment'.

Through this campaign, which will run throughout the month of December, the bank aims to establish its digital platforms as the primary channel for business transactions across the country. The bank says that this year marks a significant leap towards enterprise-centric digital transformation after the previous consumer-centric edition. The

enterprise-focused campaign aims to cover businesses in sectors including households, small and medium enterprises, corporates, associations, retail and wholesale, information technology, finance, healthcare, education and hospitality. The

campaign will encourage entrepreneurs to use digital banking channels, convert high-value cash and check transactions to digital channels, and promote the facility of direct payments from customer systems through API and ‘host-to-host’ connectivity. The campaign will also focus on solutions that simplify the payment process.

The bank is promoting business-friendly digital services. It is providing seamless payment facilities through Visa and MasterCard for online transactions, 'On Card' (virtual credit card) and Visa credit card services for corporate organizations and employees.

It is providing ‘CorporatePay’ and National Payment Interface (NPI) integrated services for managed business transactions and ‘Lakshmi Vani’ (QR voice box) service for receiving business payments along with real-time payment information.

The bank has stated that businessmen and entrepreneurs participating in the campaign can avail special onboarding facilities, discounts, specialized services and priority services throughout the month of December.

Suman Prasad Gela, Head of the Bank’s Digital Channels and Remittance Department, said that ‘Digital December 2025’ will further strengthen the bank’s leadership in enterprise payment innovation. He said that through the effective use of digital infrastructure, it is contributing to building a transparent, secure and productive economy by empowering businesses.

According to him, this initiative will further strengthen the bank’s leading role in digital banking and support efforts to expand a digitally friendly and digitally-enabled business environment in Nepal.
