Rightcard Payment Services Limited, trading as Lemfi, has partnered with digital payment platform, E-Sewa Money Transfer, to launch remittance services in Nepal. The agreement has been approved by the National Bank of Nepal, paving the way for the two to collaborate in the remittance sector.

This partnership is expected to enable Lemfi to provide low-cost, reliable and competitive international payment services to citizens of North America and Europe (including the UK). With this, it will be possible to send money to countries in Nepal, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Europe through Lemfi.

Remittances have been playing a significant role in the country's economic prosperity. It is expected that this partnership with a trusted financial service provider will benefit service recipients.

'We are pleased that Nepal has approved this agreement, which aims to provide quality services to Nepali migrants,' said Muhammad Dayan Alam, Head of Lemfi South Asia, 'Nepal is one of the leading remittance-receiving countries in South Asia. We welcome every opportunity to provide accessible and fair financial services to our customers and their beneficiaries.'
