The capacity building training program for agent leaders of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited has been completed in Sauraha, Chitwan. The three-day training focused on enhancing the professional skills of agent leaders.

Santosh Prasai, Chief Executive Officer of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance, said, 'Such quality trainings organized from time to time will play an important role in enhancing the capabilities of agent leaders.'

He said that these trainings will help in building the identity of agents at the national and international levels. More than 200 agent leaders were present at the program. During the training, skills enhancement in the art of insurance sales, musical evenings and other entertainment programs were organized.

'The Art of Selling' training by international level trainer Araniko Singh has further inspired the enthusiasm and passion of agent leaders.
