The 461st board meeting of Siddharth Bank has proposed to distribute 10.53 percent dividend. From the distributable profit of the financial year 2081/82, it is proposed to distribute a total of 10.53 percent dividend to the shareholders of the bank by way of 5 percent bonus shares and 5.53 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes).
The bank's current paid-up capital of 14 billion 889 million 80 thousand 190 rupees has been proposed as a bonus share of 7044 million 99 thousand 10 rupees equal to 5 percent and a cash dividend of 779 million 91 lakh 75 thousand 905 rupees equal to 5.53 percent.

Bank has earned a net profit of Rs 3.36 billion in the financial year 2081/82. This profit is an increase of 28 crore rupees or 9.30 percent compared to the profit of the previous year. The distributable profit of the bank has been maintained at 1.83 billion rupees.
