NIC Asia Capital Limited is going to distribute 50 percent cash dividend. The Ninth Annual General Meeting of Capital has decided to distribute cash dividend at the rate of 50 percent (including tax) of the paid-up capital after passing the report of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2081/82.
According to Santosh Kumar Rathi, chairman of the board of directors, the capital, which has a paid-up capital of Rs 20 crores, has earned a net profit of over Rs 116 crores with an income of over Rs 306 crores during the review period.

According to the company, more than 2 billion 70 million rupees are being managed from 720 customers under the
investment management service. Similarly, under the share registrar service, 23 companies are being served and the issue of 17 companies under the 'Idea to IPO' service has been completed, according to Capital.
