Citizens Bank has organized 'Inspiring Leadership and Performance Seminar: Achieving Budget Goals and Operational Success in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim' in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim.

In the seminar, the work progress of the last financial year was reviewed and the priorities of the current financial year were discussed. In the seminar, it was claimed that Citizens Bank achieved double-digit growth in indicators such as loans, deposits, net interest income by the end of June 2081/82, reduced the cost of funds, reduced the base rate and significantly improved credit risk management.

During the review period, the bank's loan disbursement increased by 11.15 percent and reached 1 trillion 75 billion 16 million rupees, according to the bank. Earlier, at the end of June 2080/81, this amount was 1 trillion 57 billion 58 million rupees.
