Embark College has announced practical skill training and innovation (startup) capacity development program.

According to the college, these programs have been announced to develop the future professional leaders of Nepal, ensure employment and promote entrepreneurship.

Ashish Thakur, executive director and CEO of Embark College, said that this program will end the uncertainty of graduates entering professional life after their academic life.

"We have established a new standard of career-ready education in Nepal by connecting vocational education with direct industry," he said.

He said that this program will ensure employment for qualified graduates through partnership with major and innovative industries and enterprises of Nepal. It is also said that the startup capacity development program launched by the college targets innovative businesses that have been legally registered for less than 10 years and have an annual turnover of less than 150 million.

The college said that this program will provide support to innovative businesses in accordance with the Nepal Government's National Startup Policy 2080 and Industrial Enterprise Act 2076.
