SPG Automobiles, the official dealer of Omoda & JECO, has released the 'iCar V-23'. Both Omoda & JECO and iCar are part of the Chinese automobile manufacturer 'Cherry Group'.

Chery has sold more than 13 million vehicles worldwide, exporting to more than 80 countries and regions. The iCar V-23 has set a new benchmark in its category through the combination of rugged aesthetics and state-of-the-art technology.

This retro-classic SUV with 'cyber-tech' design is not only tough but also based on very subtle engineering. There is a single motor setup of 100 kW and the company claims that it provides a torque of 80 newton meters. Available with a

59.93 kWh battery pack, the SUV measures 4,220 mm in length, 1,915 mm in width, 1,845 mm in height and has a wheelbase of 2,735 mm, ensuring a balanced stance and 'spacious proportions'.

Reflecting the growing consumer interest in rugged-looking electric vehicles around the world, including Nepal, the V-23 will be available in six color options. Its cabin prioritizes comfort and practicality. Ample space in the front helps in easy entry and exit through both doors, while the rear seating is even more spacious.

The interior of the SUV features specially designed 'mechanical knobs (dials)', which the company says present tactile features in modern styling. The company said that more than 70 percent of the

SUV is built using high-strength steel in a high-rigidity body. The V-23 complies with 'enterprise-grade battery safety' standards, which reflects iCar's commitment to durability and safety, the company said.
