Hotel Yak & Yeti has launched 'The Great Indian Biryani Trail' and 'Chit and Chaat' dishes. According to the hotel, these two special culinary journeys have been launched at Spice Room, an Indian fine dining venue.

The Great Indian Biryani Trail, which runs from August 13-31, will showcase three historic biryani traditions of India – the majestic taste of Awadh, the spicy heritage of Hyderabad and the sweet aroma of Kolkata.

All these biryanis are prepared by experienced master chefs using traditional methods and the finest ingredients, reflecting the diverse culinary heritage of India,” said a statement issued by the hotel.

India's popular street food culture is being presented through 'Chit and Chaat', where guests can savor sour, crisp and flavourful chaats prepared in the Spice Room's unique style and presentation, the hotel said.
